Graduated on Tourism Science, I have been working in the Hotel Industry for more than 2 years as a Receptionist in Italy and in UK in Marriott Hotels and as Reservation Agent in H10 Roma Città.

Italian mother tongue but fluent in English and Spanish, I perfect day by day my skills regarding Customer Service, upselling approach, cashiering operations and email management.
