I am a travel manager with experience in business support, business development, marketing, account management and PR. I have worked in leadership and support positions across a variety of business entities. I have been responsible for account oversight, strategy development, staff training, and internal evaluation. Most recently I acted as Travel Trade Director in the Regional Sales Office London of a Global Hotel Representation company. In recent years, I have operated in a fast-paced development and efficiency-driven environment. The range of experiences includes; business development, deep account management, team management, client consultation, market data analysis and market intelligence and program execution to overseeing strategy and sales programme integration and loss reduction. I work to successfully improve efficiency, increase productivity, and expand analytical travel success. I have directed internal review and staff support agreeing and setting KPi's, establishing departmental reports, tools and sales programmes. I am an accomplished team leader and savvy communicator.
