Originally from Italy, I am graduated in "Tourism Management Business" and later achieved qualifications in "Foreign Languages" from prominent European schools and university.

Passionate, innovative, guest and service oriented, hands-on leader with 17 years of international Hospitality expertise gained working for luxury hotel companies and high class restaurants, across Europe (Italy, France, England, Spain) and abroad (Australia, UAE).
Knowledgeable in the following area: large scale 5 stars hotels/resorts, single & multi venue operations, standalone & celebrity chef restaurants, new branding concepts, pre-opening/opening, renovation/refurbishment, hiring/training, employee supervision, product purchasing, menu creation, cost saving, scheduling, and more
