3) Language skills: Armenian & Ukrainian – native, Russian – proficiency, English – Advanced
4) Computer and internet literacy. Programs: MS Office, MS Outlook, The Bat, SAMO-tour, Master-tour, 1С, Opera Reservation System and others.
