    Carry out the inter and intra company invoicing process through the verification of invoices and the maintenance of proper supporting documentation in order to ensure that charges are allocated to the right accounts. • Input all valid invoices into our operation system (FOLS) in order to enable invoice status tracking and monitoring. • Send all validated and recorded invoices by our system (VOXEL) to the respective customers in order for them to be approved by the relevant budget owner and be paid . • Audits daily Rooms and Food and Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports and post the Revenue transfer in the “FOLS” system. • Ensure the daily accuracy of outlet report, folios, all types of vouchers and restaurant checks, before sending them to the Income Audit Department. • Carry out the bank reconciliation on a daily basis and update the unidentified credits accordingly. • Complete day-to-day activities by following all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to guests and maintaining standards of excellence. • Monitor the purchasing process as applicable. • Prepare and ensures that the P&L is accurate (e.g., costs are properly matched to revenue, costs are recorded in the proper accounts).
