     Supervise the Guest Services representatives by leading, training, mentoring, evaluating, and corrective feedback as needed.  Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need.  Assist and help guest in house staying and response to their inquiries, concerns and complains as needed.  Operate the PBX and receive all incoming call at night.  Perform nightly tasks that include generating daily reports, balancing revenue, authorizing guest's credit cards, and tracking sales data.  Run all computer functions, property management software and server room so they are complete by the end of the shift.  Made nightly cash deposits, logged bank statements, monitored and submitted daily reports, organized and verified receipts; identified, researched, and corrected discrepancies.  Make guest reservations and keep guest ledger organize.  Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing of numerical data to keep financial records complete and accurate at all times.  Train and assist new hires and other night shift staff.  Shift closing of all front office staff, including night closeout and completing an audit summary for all shift.
