I have 15 years experience in communications and marketing, 5 of which as an entrepreneur as I ran my own Experiential Marketing agency in Paris. I am specialized in retail, customer experience, and product and brand’s launches.
2 years ago I decided to relocate to London, as I needed to be fluent in English. To maximize my stay in the UK I decided to reinforce my expertise in retail and sales becoming a Department Manager at Hermès in Harrods while doing a Digital Marketing training at the University of Westminster of London.
Rich of this experience in the field, and this Digital Marketing Diploma I’ve just passed, I am now willing to find a job more in line with my background and seniority, as a Communications and Marketing Manager/Director, for example, in an international company, based in Paris or London.

Create memorable shopping experiences by delivering superior customer service according to Hermès and Harrods’ high standards. Entice customers by enforcing and maintaining high visual standards in alignment with specific brand guidelines for a range of 64 perfumes with 700+ references.
