About me

After obtaining my bachelor degree in Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, I completed 4 internships in various departments and worked my way up the reception area. Shortly after I became a Duty Manager for over 2 years. Later I found myself drawn closer to the F&B sector, a field in which I have always had a strong interest.

Following my true passion, I decided to start afresh in the foundation of F&B. Currently, I work as a bartender at the Nobu Hotel Shoreditch, first hotel in Europe part of the Internationally well recognised Japanese Nobu Restaurants.

I am now looking for a new challenge in a leadership role as I believe my personal skills, work experience and high motivation would contribute positively to the operations of my future employer.
