I grew up in a kitchen until I was 5, so maybe that's why I
feel so comfortable in it.
When it came time to choose my path I decided to take a
Professional Cooking Course. I thought I had to learn
more, so I decided to apply to the Escola de Hotelaria e
Turismo de Lisboa where I am currently taking a level 5
Cooking course and where I am having the opportunity to
learn from the best in the business.
I am increasingly interested in knowing the origin of the
product, knowing its seasonality and its versatility.
