Delmon Palace Hotel is a group of hotels that has three more properties active in UAE (Best Western Premier Hotel, Delmon Boutique Hotel & New Black Stone). Their strategy includes expansion in other Emirates and all across the world. • Manage and monitor activities of all employees, making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed. • Direct and oversee all operations during the shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. • Responsible for dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise. • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times. • Manage the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and to coordinate with other departments. • Must actively participate in the decision making process on guest relocation for nights when over capacity, execute accordingly and ensure a smooth relocation process. • Ensure the accurate completion of the daily audit & daily summary reports in a timely fashion. Additional Responsibilities Recruitment: • Responsible for managing the entire recruitment function with focus on reducing the recruitment cost to company in order to achieve cost savings. • Support the HRM in manpower planning and budgeting for recruitment purposes in order to ensure that the necessary funds and manpower are available for the business to perform and grow. • Responsible for Visa processing, Cancellations & follow-ups with employee for medical concerns.
