About me

Senior hospitality and tourism industry expert with 15 years experience.

Master Degree at Vatel Lyon Business School, I am specialized in general management of luxury hotels and restaurants, with a real and varied professional experiences in opening and pre opening. I am totally dedicated to my profession, which turns out to be more of a passion than a job.

I had the opportunity to supervise international teams and thus develop my sense of management. Developing the turnover of a company while improving the quality of service are objectives that I have achieved during my international experiences, whether in France, United Kingdom, Australia, Morocco, Spain, Portugal and Caribbean .

Fluent in French-English-Spanish- Portuguese (also speaking Catalan and some Moroccan arabic), my knowledge in general management, marketing, sales, communication, F&B and my faculties of adaptation are all assets that I could put at your entire disposal.
