I’ve just finished my AP in Marketing Management, along with developing a new menu card for the cafe in the house of the vineyard on Årø.
In my job as the daily leader of the house, I use my enthusiasm and personal drive to welcome our guest, and make them feel great giving them an authentic and joyful experience, by integrating the story of the vineyard and the people living on Årø, (a very small island in Denmark).
My interests and wishes for work-areas are: Management, Communication, Tourism, Culture, Languages, and Adventure. Being able to provide solutions for great guest experiences.
Getting an education in Marketing Management has bin the right thing for me, while I’ve come to learn that the models and the theory I work with, goes hand in hand with my general way of thinking and acting in practice. I want to use the AP, to top it up with a bachelor in Hospitality Management, witch I've started this September (2018).
Personally strengths: fast learner, great ability to find solutions and keeping my supervision up, always friendly and is often being inspired, lots of humor, loves to learn new stuff, very objective in my way of solving tasks. Intuitive in feeling into my wearabouts and therefor I easily adjust to different people, cultures and environments.
