Daily activities consisted of: preparing monthly, weekly and daily budgets for each department, supporting and assisting managers with cost control and daily tasks, visiting each catering department and obtaining sales, quality and cost information, suggest methods of improvement in operations and processes, insure proper implementation of new products, procedures, techniques and policies, control quality in each department with help of the “Quality Department”, being the contact person for the staff meetings, organise meetings for the canteen, catering and café managers (3 times a week), assess departmental managers on their overall performance and check their feedback for subordinates, prepare cost overviews/reservations for parties, present finance figures and overall performance of each department in the staff meeting, give an financial overview at the end of the month.
