    Maintain stocks at Main stores and movement of required stocks to various outlets & departments for  Keep stock levels and replenish stock as and when required.  Work closely with Materials Manager, work lead, and other administrators in the Hotel to assure department compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations, accuracy and completeness of orders and special terms of purchase.  Perform follow up on consignments with respect to delivery schedule and advise stores.  Prepare price variation & saving reports  Also supervise stores regards to item stock levels, re-ordering, expiry check, slow moving items report, manning, inventory, stock arrangement, store turn over, minimizing stock levels and doing administration works for the department  Supervise stores regards to item stock levels, re-ordering, expiry check, slow moving items report, manning, inventory, stock arrangement, store turn over, minimizing stock levels and doing administration works for the department  Conducting of surprise visits to outlets & property  Daily food & beverage flash report preparation  Close coordination with F & B and Executive Chef for booking functions and issuing material  Costing of all outlet wise recipes  Menu engineering reports and advise management for necessary actions  Yield tests are conducted regularly to access right consumption  Over all supervision of Food, Beverage, Other & Engineering store.  Posting of invoices in FBM system  Signing of receiving reports for final payments  Prepare stock check reports & check the consumption reports  Checking Officer Checks and Entertainment checks  Monitoring and supervision of Stores & Receiving  Monthly Inventory of Food , Beverage and General Store  Checking Purchase Request  Checking Invoice, Store transfers & LPO  Updating the Sales on daily basis in FBM and to ensure that item is properly deducting from closing Stock.
