Leaded the coordination and execution on large scale events over 1200 guest lists management, involving sponsorship management, venue selection and management.
Main responsibilities: Coordinated and supervised various scale corporate events as small internal meetings or seminars under 50 attendants; to conferences and congresses over 250 pp. Organized and supervised small, medium and large-scale social events as weddings, familiar reunions, baby shows and Christmas parties. My role primarily consisted of: Supervised and coordinated guest relations services in a two hundred rooms 5-star full-service resort. Trained three people team to guarantee the guest relations department success by establishing internal communication procedures, satisfaction parameters, organizational guide and weekly individual feedback. Head of Customer Service Department by handling complaints, supervising regular team tasks, P & L, maximizing revenue and guarantying hotel chain satisfaction standards. Supplier Selection and Management Responsible of monthly delivered and accounted revenue and summary sales reports. Responsible of the guest satisfaction levels prior arrival, during and after departure.
