    Guest Relation Manager for the pre opening of a 5 star hotel called Le Grand Mogador Casablanca with 420 rooms & 82 suites. A known local brand featuring 12 hotels all around Morocco. My role as GR manager was to provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay and ensure that the clients were properly greeted upon their arrival. I monitored daily bookings and ensured assigned rooms were prepared prior to check-in along with the coordination of luggage collection and storage. I overseed check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions. I actively listened to and resolved complaints and ensured special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalised services. Also, I coordinated and managed communication between guests and staff and followed up to ensure we resolved customer concerns. I promoted all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered. Additionally, I examined daily duties, assigned tasks and analyzed customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggested ways to improve ratings.
