About me

I am a dynamic, confident and customer orientated person with always a professional attitude. I love travelling and acknowledging new countries and cultures.
I have always been passionate about working in the multicultural hospitality sector, also topic of my master’s degree thesis, and the tourism industry. I strongly believe customers are key element to this diverse environment, hence I am constantly committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
I always strive to meet and exceed guests’ needs while providing a memorable experience by helping them and making them feel welcome.

    My main responsability is to help customers with planning and booking reservations. I work with them to plan out the duration of their stay and then I send booking confirmation to guests after processing payments. I am often the first person clients contact to sort out any issues with a reservation. My role is also to provide customer service support if there is a problem with payment confirmation or issues navigating the hotel website to book a stay. I always hold myself to the highest standards of professionalism as I strive to tackle customer issues. My responsability is also to promote relevant travel packages and touring opportunities to clients, and to offer advice when necessary. I am responsible for keeping accurate records about customer bookings, payments, and any additional information that hotel staff might need when interacting with a guest.
