I am fortunate to have a wealth of experience doing different work with different people from all over the world. Working in the travel industry has not only given me the opportunity to see the most amazing places in the world but also to learn so much in the world of entertainment. From planning and running event for people of all ages, to providing number one customer service, working for a cruise line has opened many doors and made me the flexible, committed person I am today.

★Youth Work★
I have always loved working with children, and the challenging environment I have faced makes every day different. Having a head count of almost 150 children on occasions means that you really have to take charge of activities, be seen, and be entertained by them for them even to hear you. But it is always a wonderful and rewarding environment to work in.

★Customer Service★
I truly believe that the cruise line industry provides some of the best customer service in the entire world. It feels unnatural to not be smiling and talkative in the presence of a guest. Nowhere else could I have learned to talk to a truly upset even angry customer to a point where they leave feeling like they are my best friend.

★Entertainment★
I used to get nervous when standing in front of crowds giving speeches or presentations, now I see it as an opportunity for people to hear me, to experience something that I have to give them. It can be something as simple as hosting a bingo session, introducing an act, to giving training to colleagues and delivering programme information.

I am a hard worker and confident in everything I do. I love to engage with people and to work in a fast paced environment.
