I started out my career as an Associate for Hotel Reservations at Traders Hotel Manila after being absorbed from being a student trainee.

Resorts World Manila allowed me then to grow better and worked myself up to VIP Hotel Casino Host,
In-charge to take care of VIP Guests.

I further decided to challenge myself and worked abroad in Doha Qatar for over 3 colourful years as a pre-opening supervisor in charge of reservations and was exposed to Sales and Events Management.

Having worked this long in this capacity has instilled in me the humility and ability to provide exceptional customer services in a high paced professional environment.

I am able to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of required tasks and maintain a good working relationship with my colleagues.

My natural attention to detail and corresponding emphasis on accuracy plus passion to delight guests have earned me the title of Diamond Star Awardee out of hundreds service providers in Shangri-La Hotel Doha for 2 consecutive years 2016 and 2017.
