    • Managing and attending occupiers’ complaints to reach resolution within the key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure best service quality possible. • Scheduling planned preventative maintenance, responding to urgent maintenance calls and participating in the creation of emergency preparedness plans. • Efficient Knowledge of the CAFM system to register and monitor complains from the customers. • Planning and coordinating activities of custodial, maintenance and related assigned personnel. • Reporting any broken or damaged facility equipment to the supervisor for repair. • Conducting regular performance checks. • Providing cost, schedule and scope information for customer review and approval. • Updating and maintaining records to track maintenance and repairs. • Managing excellent relationships with clients, suppliers and other partners. • Work with the appropriate Senior Facilities Manager to establish and deliver against the Customer Development Plan. • Supervising soft services activities, external cleaning, pest control and waste management (for villas) in common areas. • Scheduling the Annual Villa tank cleaning by coordinating with the • Supervising maintenance of site buildings classified under Master Community/Owner Association assets. • Supervising maintenance of playgrounds and parks in the common areas • Coordinating with other departments for any issues related to infrastructure maintenance and operation. • Providing information and responding to inquiries from service providers, contractors, and authorities regarding the maintenance activities. • Carrying out Site-survey and visual inspection to assess the condition of all assets. • Highlighting additional requirements for improving communities and reducing operational costs such as refurbishment of assets and enhancements to communities. • Managing key and lock changes to offices, including ordering of supplies
