Hello, I’m Caroline. Graduated from cooking school in Indonesia for 2 years then graduated from Alma for Italian Cuisine. Got the job as cake designer since I graduated until 2018. I did a seasonal job in Tuscany as Pastry Chef and help for pass and plating also appetizer. Passionate, hard worker, creative, open minded, willing to learn and try.

Ho fatto lavoro stagionale a Toscana, oltre di capo pasticcere, aiuto anchè al pass e antipasti. Appassionato, gran lavoratore, creativo, di mentalità aperta, disposto a imparare e provare.
