• To sell and promote the Group's products in Macau: Macau Tower Entertainment & Convention Centre, Hotel Lisboa, Hotel Sintra, TurboJet and Shun Tak Travel Services Ltd • To contact MNCs, SMEs, PCOs, Exhibition organizers within the industries allocated focusing on generating MICE business to Macau for the group’s products • To generate MICE business, i.e. Conferences, Meetings, Exhibitions, Trainings, Incentive Groups to Macau • Set weekly schedule of sales calls, follow up on leads generated, ensure proposals and contracts are sent, close deals, ensure payment are made • Conduct sales calls, attends trade show if required, arranged product presentations and site inspection. • Probe for corporate client needs, like rooms, ground transportation, city tour, food & beverage requirements and degree of flexibility in each of these areas. • Arranging functions for Incentive and Corporate meeting groups from Hong Kong and Overseas • Organising Special Events (e.g. Hello Kitty Parade, Food Fair, Summer Concert etc) • Liaising with the outside contractors for the set up of the events • Selling Banqueting Functions • Selling Group / FITs tickets for the Tower from Travel Agencies and Corporate Companies • Promoting AJ Hackett adventure activities to the public • On the Job Training • Complying & maintaining data base • Handling complaints • Managing staff , projects and budgets
