Audit score achieved as 89.6% in FY 2019 (It is the highest score since the resort opened) • Menu engineering and beverage cost control for all resort. (Overall cost decreased as %20,59 in FY 2019, forecasted as %22) • Implementing SOP`s (pool & beach amenities, beverage service in the outlets & sequence of the service has been changed for 3 outlets according to LQA standards) • Created a shisha display and gave trainings to increase shisha sales in 2 outlets. (ROI half year 2019 was $21.325.25) • Created cocktails and promotions in special dates such as Father`s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother`s Day etc. Took place in an NGO project and created cocktails & mocktails accordingly. • Attended the WSET LEVEL 2 courses and passed with MERIT.
