I have extensively cooked all types of cuisines but my signatures dishes include North-Indian cuisines like tandoor dishes, kebabs, curry dishes and nepali food and Indian bread. My signature dishes are boneless tandoori chicken, white Chicken tikka, and Kashmiri lamb rogan josh. I have experience in vegetarian non-traditional dishes such as asparagus and broccoli cocktail kebabs.
