Currently working at Pinnacle Restaurant Group (Leila Restaurant, Kris Kros and Classic Burger Joint) - Responsible of Managing Payroll and End of Service for 11 Outlets and Head Office. Handling HR Manager Role on his absence, handling other activities such as appraisal planning, performance evaluation, leave calendar, finalizing All Insurance deals (Property, Medical & workmen Compensation, Vehicles, Cash policy), Assist team managing Accommodation & Transportation, Management meetings etc.

Worked as Senior HRMS consultant expertise with HR rules of U.A.E and other GCC countries. Implemented HR systems for more than 50 companies, setting up policies and processing the payroll as per companies’ requirements across the GCC countries. Awarded as best consultant for successful project execution.

Worked as POS developer for Retail (Apparel, Supermarket & General Trading), Restaurant and Pharmacy version. Also developed Mobile Apps for Restaurant Order Take, Stock Take, Price Checker and also developed customized apps for publishing and Courier Company in Bahrain and warehouse apps for government company in Dubai.
Also developed and Manage many windows and DOS version applications.

    • Responsible to Manage and Process the payroll for 11 Outlets & Head Office – Process time sheets and maintains salary variations including all allowances, other benefits, terminations, leave, appraisal and other relevant information on the computerized database in current and accurate form. • Preparing Final settlements - Gratuity, Leave Salary, Tickets, Public holidays, Outstanding Loans, Assets and all other benefits. • Managing the TIPS distributions percentage basis according grading system. • Generates payroll reports for Approval and also generate WPS files. • Reconcile payroll & TIPS with WPS Records. • Generate accounts related reports – Salary and Provision reports for Gratuity, Annual Leave and Air Tickets and also Insurance, Public Holiday Balance and Transportation. • Assist team to maintain employees personal files and records, Air tickets, communicating HR policies across the organization at all levels. • Handling and finalizing all types of Insurance like Medical & Workmen Compensation Insurance, Property Insurance, Company Vehicle Registration and Cash Insurance. • Tracking Appraisal Records and Employee Assets.
