    2017-2018 Managing Director Hotel Ermitage de l’Oasis Mission of re branding the Ermitage de l’Oasis and turning the hotel into a profitable organisation. Increasing Hotel REVPAR by 16% in 2017 and rooms revenue by 25% by implementing new sales strategies. Setting up high standards and achieving customer satisfaction results over 90% allowing the hotel to be N°1 position locally on Trip advisor and OTAs benchmarks. 2008-2016 Accompany independent hotels to develop their performance and profitability. Implement training and motivation strategies dedicated for guest-oriented luxury hotels and restaurants using the latest training techniques to exceed customer's expectations and increase sales. Developing and implementing training programs specially designed for luxury hotels and restaurants. I organise and supervise large outside catering events such as Le Bourget air show (40.000 covers and 3 Million euros revenue in only 10 days). I am also in charge of the Internet strategy for the group. I have successfully created and launched an e-boutique for Lenôtre ( as well as on-line sales and marketing tools for the group.

    Exclusive-Hotels is an independent 3* to 5* hotels group. In less than 2 years the number of hotels went from 175 hotels in France to 250. A new “Exclusive Luxury Hotels” brand was created for 4*L and 5* hotels. The year 2005 was a record for the group in terms of number of room nights booked for the hotels (20% over previous year), in terms of revenue (23% over previous year) with a GOP margin representing 24% of the revenue. It was also a historical record in terms of number of hotels joining the company in France and throughout Europe.

During that time, I was also General Manager of the Hotel De Vigny (same owner than the Balzac) The Hotel de Vigny has 37 rooms and was affiliated to Relais&Ch;âteaux, the hotel also has a restaurant and bar. The two hotels are 4*L and have a yearly revenue of 10 million euros.

The Martinez is affiliated to Concorde hotels and member of “ The Leading Hotels of the World”.
