In 2016 when the company I did work for 10 years, stopped activities in Thailand. Even dough I've got the proposal to work in California but I decided to stay in this beautiful Land of Kingdom. Starting with: Plan of action. Pitch – opening & closing. Cold Call. Emailing. Brochure & Prospectuses. Group Sales (Rooms) – Big, Medium & Small.
Events Sales (including rooms & F&B) (Wedding, Conference, Private Party, Reception, …, Banquet.
Prospecting Point Of Sales – No limit.
Contracting chosen Travel Agencies or Agents by contracts as Sales Freelancers.
….. Etc. Packaging
Online Sales “E-business” – All Room Sales .com companies via commissioning contracts.
Revenue Management - ….. Etc.
The most important and valuable fact in Sales & Marketing is the way how we can transfer a service to Numbers. “Numbers Talk.”.

Food & Beverage are the Oxygen of any Hotels or Resorts & must be taking care from hygiene to the Sales Menu. I did open multiple outlet Restaurants, Room Services, Clubs & Entertainments for Hotels & Resorts – more than 30 only in Thailand.

Bottom Line for a real Executive / Manager would be “Adaptation”. I learn with practices that to know is great for advancement but adaptation of knowledge it is the key of success.

By my personal, academic background, professional knowledge & practices I acquire & possessed the ability to bring my Team & my properties to the next level & expose with our level of management & our services internationally.
