    • Dealing with calls & emails on the front desk. • Office porterage as required, including office moves, furniture moves, deliveries and collections. Logging and reporting all technical faults and arranging all office equipment fixtures and fittings. • Co-ordinating parking availability, security passes and the booking in of visitors and clients. • Carrying out periodic health and safety checks. • Carrying out risk assessments. • Preparing, printing, binding and archiving, when necessary, all company documents and reports. • Monitoring and maintaining stationary stock levels. • Providing support and cover on reception when necessary. • Liaising with Building contractors and issues and or/work being carried out within the building. • An efficient Handover has been provided upon Absence or training new members of staff & training on-site security guards. • Transferring and forwarding internal and external phone calls onto the relevant extensions. • Liaise with tenants daily. • First point of contact for all tenants regarding all Facilities Services. • Ensuring that reception and common areas are pristine always. • Sorting of Post and delivering to Tenants where needed. • Taxi bookings for visitors where needed. • Monthly Site Report Submission (To include visitor stats/Helpdesk reporting etc.). • Attend Customer Service Training courses to ensure 5* service delivery and maintenance of this service is ongoing. • Tenant services and relationships • Manage the plant and equipment/ M&E and building management systems. • Take ownership of the FOH Reception and ensure 5* Service is maintained on Reception always.
