The presented dish was ranked among the top three in the final ranking • Gala Dinner: part of the brigade responsible for the preparation of the final dinner, under the coordination of Chef Margarita Fores, best ranked female Asian chef in 2017. The dinner hosted around 300 guests, with important exponents of Haute Cuisine from all around the world
