SPA RETAIL SALES - MAY 2017 - SEPTEMBER 2017 I had to sell Spa products as well as retail wear in the Spa while suggesting what was the best option for the guest depending on the results needed or wanted by the guest. We sold organic products and our retail area was filled with comfortable clothes for a relaxed setting. ROOM RESERVATIONS - SEPTEMBER 2017 - JANUARY 2018 We operated the PBX/Operator lines for the hotel and we managed the messaging online portal for the hotel too while transferring both calls and emails to the correct department. We had to do Reservation Audits on a daily basis while making sure that we have the correct profile notes as well as putting traces for the right departments if the guests were coming for any special occasions and whether they had any children because we give welcome amenities for children. We had to attach traces for groups so they can get their amenities as well as sending confirmation letters detailing the reserved room. We had to take Reservation calls by making sure the guest knows the type of rooms they were booking and the cancellation policy for the reservation. At the same time, we made sure the guests know of the facilities we offer at the property. ACTIVITIES ATTENDANT - JANUARY 2018 - APRIL 2018 As a host, I had to welcome guests as they arrived, I had to greet and find out what they need assistance with then I would assign one of the inside valet's attendants. As the host, I had to assign lunchtimes for my colleagues so we can have enough staff in the store and be making sure that we have everyone ready for our rush hours. As the inside valet attendant, I had to either collect Ski boots for the guests and assign a locker to store their items the direct them to the Outside Valet. As an inside valet, we made sure that we have areas that are for groups with their Ski boots ready. As the Outside Valet, I had to get the guests last name so I can look on the ski racks that we would have put the Skis in alphabetical order then put the Skis on the snow so they can Ski. We would assign Ski racks for groups, residents as well as our leisure guests. End of the day we would re-type the ski list so we have every ski ready for the next day. Ski Tech - here I would adjust ski bindings so the boot can fit well as well as checking in Skis that we did not rent to guests by adding the start and end date in the system while assigning boot spot on the boot warmers. Fitter - here I would get all the guests information from their address to weight and height as well as knowing the level of Skiing they are on so we can rent the right size and weight Ski and correct size poles.

I would talk with the organiser so I know what time they would want to have brunch or lunch so I can coordinate with other groups as well as letting the kitchen know the time.
