I am a truly passionate person of the the world of hospitality.
I started my path in the hospitality at the age of 16 in a little restaurant in my birthplace Como. Since than I became passionate with the business and after attending the catering school in Locarno Switzerland, I started to work around Europe and travelled extensively through Germany, Switzerland, England and Belgium at some of the renewed Hotel in the World. I have a good communication skill in four different languages and good previous experience in both operational and amministrative sides. In my previouses job as a assistant manager at Trevi 5 I am involved in managing staff, wine purchase, cooperate to assemble menus, guest relations, reservation and upgrade the service standard. My personal goal, is to continue this career and to find a new dynamic company where I can grow professionally as well contribute as a team player to success.
