As a Sandwich Artist communication is key as you work to order by listening to the customer and offering an opinion when required. Up-selling skills also came into this by informing customers of the deals and extras available to add to their purchase. Organisation was also an essential as I had to keep the store looking presentable by making sure all the stock was replenished and all offered products were ready to use, if not preparing more & preparing the stock for the following day. Attached to the organisation cleaning the store ready for the following day was a requirement until I locked up the store after having banked the day's intake.
