Understanding of service to satisfied the guest and exceed they expectation. From FSITP, which is the employee orientation, I knew the background, mission, and staff rules of Four Seasons Hotel. I also can participate and provided some comments in departmental meetings. Four Seasons also provided me cross training which is the wine tasting during every Friday in bar-Azul, to server the guests also enhanced the wine knowledge that I learned in the previous.
