About me

Growing up as an expat child marks the beginning of my journey. A journey during which I have had the chance to meet people from all around the world and become more and more adaptable as I encountered some “cultural bump” that I learned to overcome. Day after day I was developing my interest in discovering new cultures and learning new languages a little bit more. This is where my passion for travel was born.

During this journey I studied English and Spanish speaking countries’ history, which helps understanding their present, as well as some basic knowledge of law and economics. This only left me wanting to know more and brought me closer to hospitality.

My internship as a cross trainee in a Parisian boutique hotel only confirmed my next path. Being in contact with the customers as well as my team members, ensuring that each stay goes beyond expectations and being able to grow in a job where no two days are the same are some of the aspects that make me eager to continue working in this sector.

This is why I decided to pursue a Master of Science in International Hospitality Business at Glion Institute of Higher Education. Throughout the year I gained crucial knowledge about, for instance, how to sell rooms, and I have strengthened my team spirit and communication skills through group works we had within a multicultural environment. I also had the chance to be elected as a Class representative and chosen by the faculty and other students to be part of the Networking Committee as Treasurer and to be a Welfare Ambassador for the school.

I am now seeking my next step in my hospitality journey. In order to validate my Master and gain more practical experience; I am looking for a MIT in Rooms Division or an internship of a minimum of 6 months in Rooms Division or Human Resources.
