I have several work experiences in luxury industry and more than 10 years working in service industry. I help to operate family business-SPA/Salon for more than 4 years (still going on if they need me). In general, I have more than 10-years management experiences in SPA/wellness industry and it brings me into luxury hospitality industry.
I also have luxury brand management Master degree and experiences from working with CHANEL, BURBERRY and Salvatore Ferragamo. In this case, I acquire adequate luxury product knowledge and practical experiences in order to achieve company’s target such as KPI, budget control even doing forecast more professionally.
No matter which industry I stay, how to provide elite customer service is always my major objective. To achieve this target, team cooperation is another key element. Thus, being a good team player, even coach and inspire people to be part of a team is also my responsibility.
