I hold an International certificate in Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety (FAMS Consultancy Dubai), Supervising Food Safety Level 3 (Merit) as well as Person in Charge (PIC) Certificate awarded by the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA), Dubai, UAE. This is coupled with my (ICCA) training in HACCP Level 3 (Merit), Allergy Awareness Training (EKFC) and 3 Years’ Experience in Emirates flight catering.
