I have been passionate about the world of pastry since I was a child and it was therefore a natural step for me to begin this journey. After receiving my BA in Hospitality management and following more than 7 years of professional experience in the food and beverage sector, I enrolled in the pastry training program at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Thanks to my experience in both academic and professional settings, I now master many logistical aspects of the profession. I have worked in recipe costing and on how to decrease waste, in research and development of new products, and studied the market and what consumers are looking for
