While being a GRC I had many duties, as giving information to the clients about the property, the activities and services inside the hotel and also on the local area, handling their requests previous arrival, while in property and even post-travel by email. Handling guests complaints and requests and making sure everything is corrected in a proper way by following up with their situations and at the end confirming with them everything was solved. In the period of time that I was working as a GRC we had two merges with other departments, one of them was the Members Services of the Vacation Club (Legendary) and the other one was the Managers On Duty (MOD's), both departments were removed and we had to assume their functions. When we took the responsibilities of the Member Services of the Vacation Club we had to first take some trainings so we could help the members with their requests they deserved as per contract and also with any situ

Also, I worked directly with the Front Office Manager assisting her every week with meetings and reports to help increase the guests satisfaction and the employees performance, as she did not have an official Assistant in the department. Week by week I was in charge of preparing a meeting with the Executive & Operations Managers of the hotel related to the mentioned target.
