During the last eight years I have strengthened my experience working in different
catering sectors: bars,traditional,fusion or starred restaurants and from three up to five star hotels.
Thanks to these experiences i have developed strong communication and management skills than can contribute necessary to improve team work and give prompt response to everyday problems and difficulties.
In 2010 I graduated in Bogotà- Colombia where I attended a Communication and Jounalism course and in 2011 i continued my studies in Restaurant Organization, Wine Service and Hospitaly.
In 2015 I graduated in Udine with excellent grades and afterwards I specialized at AIS and AIBES attending a course for Sommelier and Bartender.
In 2018 I finished the Alma the International school of Italian cuisine specialized in the course of Food and Beverage Management.
