About me

I am a passionate professional of the Hotel and Restaurant industry. I have graduated in Hotel and Tourism Management degree at the University of EUHT-StPOL, Barcelona and I am currently doing an on-line master in Hotel and Restaurant Management with Ostelea Hospitality School. In the years at university I have acquired professional experience in the Kitchen, Front Office and Restaurant Departments while working in the restaurant and the hotel belonging to the university with a hands-on learning philosophy. In addition to these operational skills I have also learnt management skills in the theory classes such as restaurant pricing, revenue management, cost control, hotek financial analysis and optimization and strategic management which I culminated with my final degree thesis: "The reality of financial ratios and design of a standarized ratio analysis model for the hotel optimization". These skills started beeing tested in my internships at Bahia Playa Design Hotel & Romantic Suites****, Fuerteventura as a receptionist, at Hotel Villa Athena*****, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World in Sicily as a Chef de Rang, at Hotel Westin Excelsior Rome, as F&B manager assistant and currently at Baglioni Hotel Regina, a Leading Hotel of the World as F&B manager trainee. I attach a recommendation letter from the experience at The Westin Excelsior Rome. I have decided I want to grow as a professional in the F&B management area so I am always looking for new challenges that enrich my knowledge and professional value. I have worked with cost control, price control, productivity analysis, menu engineering, staff planning, menu compiling, competitor analysing, etc. I have also worked with opera, scrigno, easy meal and micros softwares. Finally, as my CV says I am fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, Catalan and Galician. Additionally, I have an elementary level in German and French. Knowing Galician also makes me able to understand Portuguese.
I aim to become an excellent F&B manager.
