"I have been in the customer service and hospitality industry for the past five years. My most recent experiences have been handling telephone calls in the high tech industry, doing check in and check out, making reservation via email, walk in or over the phone. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect and serving with the people.
