After 9 months dedicated to review the pricing strategy, IDEAS configuration, inventory set up, market mix and online distribution opportunities, each hotel pick up over £ 1 million in PACE which compensated the deficit in Q1 and helped the properties to be back on track. All hotels in my portfolio will end up the year over budget.
