    In charge of any and all maintenance works done by the Emaar Prestige Services team in Burj Khalifa apartments, Corporate Suites Armani units. In addition to all obligations of the Technical Executive job role: - Introduction, implementation and realization of new services for Emaar Prestige Services - Cross checking invoices from all service providers prior to their processing - Inventory management and ensuring that materials are ordered on time and always available - Managing the Minor Renovations Works’ store, ensuring materials are stored properly and material issuance is processed in a well-documented manner - Following up with suppliers on material deliveries - Liaising with the finance department for any payment requirements for suppliers and contractors - Reviewing and analyzing process flows and providing recommendations on further optimization of the same - Liaising with the technical team for finding and implementing new materials in case existing ones are obsolete or have proven to lack the required quality - Taking part in scheduling work executions based on material and manpower availability as well as residents’ convenience - Analyzing and providing recommendations on discount requests - Regular monitoring and analysis of the standard price list and providing recommendations for any adjustments and amendments - Liaising for major fit outs and apartment renovations
