I moved to Paris 9 months ago from Chicago and immediately found work at an upscale brasserie near the Champs Élysées. As much as I have enjoyed my time there, I find it very dulling and unchallenging. I believe myself to be an innovative, hardworking, and creative person.

I'm used to working in fast-paced environments where I have to think positively and quickly while making decisions based on my training, experience, and personal judgement. I also take pride in giving service where the guests or clientele leave happy with an excellent experience that makes their stay memorable to, where they would consider without a doubt, visit the establishment again as well as refer it to their friends and family.
