In a few lines I partly describe my experiences and my story.
Born in 1986, born in Nocera Inferiore (SA) since childhood, he was fascinated by the world of catering, since his maternal grandparents ran a renowned trattoria in the village of Pareti, the heart of ancient Nuceria Alfaterna. In particular it is attracted by the skill of pizza makers, the flour and the live fire of a wood-burning oven, in which the magic of pizza is fulfilled. After graduation, he attended numerous post-graduate courses and was the protagonist of various events that promote local culture and food and wine, starting with the historic folded pizza in a booklet, the emblem of street food. Strengthened by the family tradition and experience as a manager and manager of a pizzeria, in Nocera Inferiore, he manages to combine his two great passions: Neapolitan pizza and travel. In 2018 he moved to Jordan for four months where he followed and assisted a local entrepreneur in the launch of the first Neapolitan pizzeria "El Rais" in Amman, in June 2019 he opened the first Neapolitan pizzeria in Karlskrona in Sweden and soon others in Europe.
He is currently a member of the AMPN (Neapolitan Master Pizzaiuoli Academy), which aims to promote the tradition of Neapolitan pizza in the world.
