Currently, I am reading for a Certificate in Travel & Tourism Management at the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) and have obtained both a Foundation Course in Tourism & Enterprise together with Certificate in Food Production & Service from the same institute.
Previously I have worked as a Banqueting Assistant with the Westin Dragonara Hotel & Resort in Paceville and have also held the position of Commis Chef at The Grand Hotel Excelsior in Floriana. Both experiences were temporary in nature as I was pursuing my studies on a full-time basis, but nonetheless helped me develop and nurture my skills in the local tourism industry.
