I started to work in kitchen when I was 15 years old and I never stopped it thanks of my passion for this job.
I worked in too different restaurants because I learn fast and I like to learn about everithings and because of this I needed to change many kitchens, now I'm looking for a fine dining restaurants where I can apply my knowledges and skills to improve more myself.
