Playing a HR Generalist role - End to End HR process( Talent Acquisition till Payroll & Compensation Benefits) . Responsible for HR Operations of companies which are into Freight Forwarding, Inspection, Oil and Gas Field and Calibration with following responsibilities : 1. Recruitment & Selection: Drafting SLAs, processing Jobs postings, screening, Shortlisting, selection, interviews, conditional offers, Offer Letter Issuance. Onboarding & Employee Records: Induction, Joining Formalities, filing, Employment Contract Management, reference check & verification, documentation, responsible for End – End visa processing (New visa, Visa Renewals & Visa cancellations for free zone), 3. Employee Relations Management, HR Consultation & Support, Advisory Services: Providing guidance and support to Ops managers & employees on a broad range of general HR issues, policies & procedures. Responsible for complete DAFZA related work even visiting them on daily basis, renewing employees Emirates ID, labor cards, medical, office insurance and process the addition, deletion & reimbursement within these insurances on timely basis and Company’s trade license, lease, establishment card, tenancy contract renewals. Managing the DAFZA tasheel portal for all employee & Company activities including vehicle & inventory management. Also an ISO Coordinator, coordinated with the lead auditors during the company audit for ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS 18001. 4. Payroll Processing: Keeping track of employee’s attendance on daily basis through biometric system, gratuity calculation, annual leave and full & Final Settlement as per UAE labour law.
