I am 23 years old with a Diploma in Culinary Arts at the Boma International Hospitality College an affiliate of the Kenya Red Cross and in partnership with the Swiss Alpine Centre. I am currently a casual worker at Radisson Blu Hotel in Upperhill Nairobi.

I chose this career because of my passion about food and for the self-discipline that is expected for the setting and delivery of high standard products. I have been trained to function within a professional brigade. During this time, I had the opportunity to experience different production procedures and even to find ways of sharpening both my skills and creativity.

I consider myself hardworking, a team-player and always looking forward to better myself.
