About me

I am a young hotel professional with four years' experience in food & Beverage services and hotel management, coupled with additional year of Master in International Hospitality Management. I started my hotel career with Windy Lodge & Beach Resort in Ghana. At age of 23, I was already exposed to managing people and delivery results as a Hotel Manager of a 350 room conference hotel.

In 2016, I joined the award winning International hotel, Golden Tulip Accra, as a Food and Beverage Service Leader. During my time in Golden Tulip Accra, I successfully led various teams during breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, where I won the employee of the month twice in three years. My time at Golden Tulip Accra has enormously enhanced my people management and problem-solving skills as well as my ability to learn, unlearn and relearn.

Currently, I am pursuing an International Master in Hospitality Management at EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain. My quest to become a fully-fledged and a seasoned hotelier has challenged me to take these career paths.

My experience in Africa and Europe has given me a wide range of hotel experiences and food and beverage management practices. My style of management can best be described as "hands-on". I am passionate, result-driven and career-oriented. I genuinely believe in team-building, delegation, empowerment and trust, while emphasizing on full commitment and support. I am open to Michelin star restaurants or 4 star hotels in Barcelona.
